Through its Partners in Energy program, Xcel Energy and CenterPoint Energy are offering the Multifamily Building Efficiency program. The program helps to find ways to reduce energy usage in multifamily buildings, which leads to long-term savings and improved comfort for building residents.

Qualifying customers can earn a 30 percent bonus in addition to any rebates earned. And for affordable multifamily housing units, that bonus is doubled.

- an on-site, no-cost, energy efficiency audit conducted by an experienced expert,
- a thorough report of findings and recommendations on ways to improve your building’s energy efficiency,
- no-cost installation of energy-saving products, such as LEDs and showerheads, throughout common areas and residential units,
- brochures, for your residents, that include energy-saving tips,
- implementation support and guidance,
- rebates and bonus incentives for making energy efficiency upgrades throughout your building.
