State Launches RentHelpMN To Assist Renters Through The Coronavirus Pandemic In Golden Valley
The State of Minnesota recently launched a new website to assist renters and landlords who have faced hardships due to coronavirus.

The State of Minnesota recently launched a new website to assist renters and landlords who have faced hardships due to COVID-19. Eligible Minnesota renters can receive help with rent and utility bills dated on or after March 13, 2020. If you qualify, you could receive up to 15 months total assistance.

In preparation for the program opening, the website includes a document for renters to determine eligibility and what documents will be needed to apply. Landlords can access details about alerting tenants to the funds and how to prepare their own documents.
