Step To It Begins In Golden Valley Tomorrow On May 1

Start summer off on the right foot with the four-week Step To It Challenge. The free program runs May 1-28 and is open to everyone.

To participate, keep a running total of the steps you take during the challenge using a pedometer or the online activity conversion chart. Activities such as biking, skateboarding, Tai Chi, or even just mowing the lawn can also count toward overall steps. Record your activity on Step To It Challenge website.

Hennepin County honors the city with the most collective steps with a variety of prizes.
