Xenia Closed Later This Week for Sanitary Sewer Work
The area north of the Golden Hills intersection will be closed Aug. 10 and 11, according to the city of Golden Valley.
Crews are working on a sanitary sewer project on Xenia Avenue this week.
"Crews will continue work at the Canadian Pacific Railroad and Highway 55 tunnels while pipe crews move south from Laurel Avenue toward Golden Hills Drive along Xenia Avenue," according to a news release from the city of Golden Valley.
Xenia Avenue north of the Golden Hills intersection will be closed this coming weekend. "Advanced warning signs have been placed on site. A detour will be used to route traffic around Xenia via Golden Hills Drive, Colorado Avenue South, and Laurel Avenue."
