Adult programming is now available through VirtualREC, and it starts with yoga! Sign up before the first class starts May 12.

Yoga Flow With Laura—This class combines yoga postures, targeted core work, and breath/body awareness. All classes end with an optional guided relaxation, taking each practice to a deeper level. Learn more and register here.
