Sporting caps, gowns, and smiles, participants of Adult Options In Education’s GED Graduation will be celebrating their academic success in front of friends and family. This inspiring event takes place at 7 PM on Tuesday, June 3 at Hopkins Center for the Arts in downtown Hopkins.
GED graduates Penny Barnes, Shenia Hill, and Robert Reid will be the student speakers at the ceremony.
The Hopkins, Minnetonka, St. Louis Park, and Hennepin County Adult Correctional Facility Superintendents and Board Members will be awarding graduates their GED diplomas.

When people earn their GED it offers a path to get into a new job or career, attend a two or four year college, and can help to create goals to keep inspiring progress in life. It sets a positive example for their family and the entire community.
GED graduates, family, friends, and the public are all welcome to attend. The ceremony is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served after the ceremony.
