Do you want to work in the food industry, but don’t know what careers are available?  In the six week Food Industry Career Exploration class students will learn what it takes to be a baker, chef, food scientist, kitchen manager, preparation assistant, and more.  The class will be held at the Eisenhower Community Center in Hopkins on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. beginning on Friday, January 15th.  To register for class call:  952-988-5343.
