Adult Options in Education is offering a Food Manager Certification Course! Â The class will be held on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. beginning on January 15th. Â The class will be at the Eisenhower Community Center. Â Learn about cross-contamination and allergens, time and temperature, cleaning and sanitation, safe food handling and preparation.
