IMPORTANT UPDATE: The City of Hopkins was recently notified that a front desk employee at City Hall has tested positive for COVID-19. As a result, City Hall will be closed the week of December 7 for in-person services. Staff will still be working. If you're in need of immediate assistance, you may call the City's main line at 952-935-8474, or call or email the department you need assistance from directly. Staff contact information can be found on our website at www.hopkinsmn.com/Directory. The utility billing drop box remains available for use.
