Police Investigate String of Dog Poisonings in Hopkins
Suspects are placing antifreeze-laced dog food and blocks of poison in the yards of individuals with dogs, according to police.
Hopkins police are seeking information following a string of dog poisonings in the city. Police say the incidents have occurred in the 200-300 blocks of 9th and 10th Avenues N. KARE 11 reported that in the past month, one dog has died and two others have been poisoned in that area.
Hopkins police are offering a $1000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals responsible, according to a news release.
