This class will be on Fridays from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. beginning on January 29th and will be held at the Eisenhower Community Center in Hopkins. Students will learn about keeping foods safe, food allergies, proper food temperature, and more. Take this class to prepare for the more advanced Food Manager Certification course.
