Absentee Ballot Deadline CHANGED For Inver Grove Heights Voters
Voters can cast their vote in person with an absentee ballot at City Hall up until 5 PM on November 2.

IMPORTANT Voter Update!
Due to a federal court ruling, some changes have been made to absentee ballot collection. If you have not yet returned your absentee ballot, DO NOT put it in the mail.

In order to have your absentee ballot counted, do the following instead:
Return your ballot to City Hall yourself by 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, OR
*Have a delivery service deliver it to Election Staff inside City Hall by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
**Do not return your absentee ballot to your polling place.
Voters have several other options to ensure their vote is counted:
- Voters who have already put their ballot in the mail can track their ballot using this online ballot tracker: https://mnvotes.sos.state.mn.us/AbsenteeBallotStatus.aspx.
- If your ballot has not yet been received, you can still vote in person either by absentee ballot before Election Day, or at your polling place on Election Day.
- Voters can cast their vote in person with an absentee ballot at City Hall up until 5 PM on Monday, Nov. 2.
- Voters can cast their votes in person on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3 at their polling place.
