 On Friday, June 13th, Kacie (Inver Grove Heights Princess) and I attended the Cambridge Royal Ambassador Coronation. We both really loved the theme- "Top Secret!" (mystery of the stolen crown). It was a great and very entertaining production filled with lots of fun memories and slide shows, a little mystery and, of course, a group of lovely candidates. It was really cool getting to know these ladies by their outfits that described an important part of them, as well as seeing the great friendships they developed during their candidacy. I could tell that it truly impacted all of them, which was really amazing to see. The mystery of where the stolen crown went was solved when it was found on a Minneapolis Aquatennial Ambassador's head! This coronation was really fun to watch and it was great getting to meet all of the girls afterwards! Hopefully we'll get a chance to meet up with them at future events!
