This small, yet durable device was designed, based on the clinical expertise of leaders in the field of Dental Sleep Medicine, to treat OSA effectively while ensuring patient comfort. The MicrO2 offers a sleek/compact fit to offer patients maximum tongue space, with the goal of increasing ease of regular use. The MicrO2’s simple, comfortable design makes it an attractive alternative to CPAP, a common OSA treatment option.
The MicrO2 features two low profile acrylic arches (like mouth guards), with 90 degree fins that hold the lower jaw forward and together, thus enabling the airway to remain open. This reduces the chance of snoring and disrupted breathing. Treated patients awake refreshed in the morning and often say goodbye to the couch.
