Dakota County Government: Assessing Services Hosts Open Book Virtual Meetings

If you have questions or concerns regarding your value or classification for the 2021 assessment payable 2022, Dakota County invites you to call 651-438-4200 to discuss your concerns with an appraiser and review your property information.  If you have supporting information such as appraisals, recent sales or other documentation, you can email us at assessing.services@co.dakota.mn.us.

It is not necessary to make an appointment for an open book meeting as all meetings are held virtually. You can also contact Assessing Services during normal business hours to connect with staff.

Open Book Dates

• Tuesday, March 23, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
• Wednesday, March 24, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
• Thursday, March 25, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
