Dog Bites and Not Guilty Plea in Drunk-Driving Case

Three cases of dogs biting Rosemount residents has the police chief here reminding residents of leash laws, vaccinations.

Michael Scott Gardner was charged with felony burglary and could receive up to five years in prison and pay up to $10,000 in fines.

The crash was on May 17, 2012, on Wescott Road in Eagan.

A 44-year-old Lakeville woman pleaded not guilty to criminal vehicular homicide, and other charges, last week in Dakota County District Court.
