City Hall is reopening to the public on Thursday, April 15 at 8 a.m. with limited front counter service available for billing, building permits and inspections.

If you need to meet with a staff member, or have questions regarding a bill, licenses, or a permit, we ask that you call ahead and make an appointment. Please call our main line at 651-450-2500, and we will be happy to assist you.
All who enter City Hall must wear face coverings and maintain six-foot social distancing. For the safety and protection of all staff and residents, we ask that, whenever possible, you continue to do business with the city on our website.
