Fire at Refinery Seen in Inver Grove Heights
Video recorded Wednesday afternoon shows a fire at a local refinery near Inver Grove Heights.
Video recorded by an Inver Grove Heights resident shows a large fire shooting out of what appears to be a smoke stack at a Northern Tier refinery. A voice can be heard on a public address system warning workers to evacuate the area.
The resident who recorded the video said on Twitter that the situation is "ongoing."
