Inver Grove Heights Warehouse Sold For $10M
This building is the first of five projects being developed by United Properties in InverPoint Business Park.
INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN— An industrial warehouse in Inver Grove Heights was bought by Stag Industrial Inc. for $10.1 million in late February, the Minneapolis and St. Paul Business Journal reported.
This warehouse is known as InverPoint Business I, and is the first of five projects being developed by United Properties in InverPoint Business Park, the Minneapolis and St. Paul Business Journal reported.
The Class-A facility has 7,200 square feet of office space and was originally owned by United Properties, the Minneapolis and St. Paul Business Journal reported.
