William Robert Bernard, Jr., 29, was arrested Aug. 5 after police found him stumbling around the DNR boat launch at Verderosa Avenue and Hardman Avenue wearing nothing but his underwear.

Chad Steven Johnson, 24, was arrested last week and charged with setting a wildfire at Kaposia Landing Park. If convicted of the crime, Johnson faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Â
