Pojar Pleads Not Guilty to Sexual Conduct With 10-Year-Old Girl
If convicted of the charge against him, Pojar faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

A 43-year-old Inver Grove Heights man pleaded not guilty Monday afternoon to fourth degree criminal sexual conduct with a 10-year-old girl.Â
Roger Alan Pojar is accused of touching and kissing his daughter's friend while she slept overnight at his house.Â
According to a criminal complaint filed in January, Pojar told police he remembers the victim spending the night in August 2011 but denied kissing, hugging, rubbing, or touching the victim in any way.  Â

The complaint says charges were filed after the victim spoke extensively with her mother and a representative from the Midwest Children's Resource Center.
After accepting Pojar's plea, Dakota County District Court Judge Eric Knutson scheduled a settlement conference for Nov. 7 and, if necessary, a jury trial for Nov. 26.Â
