Request For Inver Grove Heights Proposals: Purchase Of A Residential Property
The City of Inver Grove Heights Economic Development Authority is accepting RFPs for purchase of a residential property at 1805 60th Street.

Written proposals are being requested from parties interested in acquiring a residential lot of approximately .43 acres that is currently owned by the city and located at 1805 60th Street (see Exhibit A in the RFP link below), for the purpose of facilitating the development of a new residence at that location in 2021 that is in compliance with city and state codes.

Proposals due by 4 p.m. Feb. 1
Parties interested in submitting a written proposal for EDA consideration and sales contract award, must submit proposals electronically to the attention of Heather Rand, Executive Director of the IGH EDA at hrand@ighmn.gov on or before 4 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2021.
