Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder has put a $1.1 million Lake Minnetonka home up for sale that he bought 16 months ago, the Star Tribune reported.
The 5,540-square foot Tonka Bay home has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, tennis courts, an exercise room, a hot tub, boat dock access, a three-car garage and more.
Ponder’s home is located in an upscale gated community. The home was built in 2001, according to Hennepin County records, and Ponder paid $880,000 for the property. The asking price had been $995,000.
