City of Excelsior Declares Snow Emergency, Parking Restrictions in Effect

From the City of Excelsior:

It has snowed more than two inches. The Public Works Department will be cleaning the streets. Beginning Tuesday, March 19, between the hours of 1 a.m. and 7 a.m.

Make sure your car is parked on the correct odd/even side of the street. For example, when parking your vehicle Monday night it should be parked on the odd side of the street. On Tuesday evening, your car should be parked overnight on the even side of the street.
