City's Guide to Saturday's James J. Hill Days 2013 in Wayzata

The City of Wayzata has put together a comprehensive guide to this weekend's James. J. Hill Days celebration. Festivities begin Friday evening at 6 p.m. with a carnival and continue through Sunday's parade down Lake Street.
