Come See Charlie Mars, Amos Lee and Farewell Milwaukee Live Today
It's the last "Sun Soaker Thursdays" of the summer, and Cities 97 is ending the season in style today on Lake Minnetonka.
Cities 97 will bring a triple header of headlining acts to Lake Minnetonka today as it says goodbye for the season to its popular "Sun Soaker Thursdays" broadcast.Â
Today's broadcast will be from Maynard's in Excelsior and begin warming up around 1 p.m.
Charlie Mars should take the Studio C stage at around 3 p.m., Amos Lee at 4 p.m. and Farewell Milwaukee at 5 p.m. A number of the tracks played today could appear on the upcoming Cities Sampler CD—an annual album released by the radio station comprised of live music recorded during the year in Minnesota. It sells out within minutes each November.
