A Minnetonka man faces a burglary charge after admitting that he broke into the Big Thrill Factory.

Police went to the Highway 7 business at 4:07 a.m. March 18 after receiving a report of a burglary in progress, Officer Samantha Johnson wrote in the criminal complaint filed late last week. The caller said the man inside the building claimed to be “crazy.”

Police encountered 30-year-old Matthew Allen Holler as he was leaving the building. Holler told police he broke a window with a cinderblock and entered the building. He also admitted drinking beer from the tap while inside.

Prosecutors have charged Holler with third-degree burglary—a felony with a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

He is not in custody but has been issued a court summons.
