Deephaven's Mr. McGinley Goes to Washington

Deephaven Elementary celebrated their 2013 National Blue Ribbon award on Friday.

The program was student-focused with activities and songs. 

U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, U.S. Representative Erik Paulsen and local politicians attended the event to offer their congratulations.  

Principal Bryan McGinley and Media Specialist Kathy Fox traveled to Washington, D.C. last week and shared highlights of the trip at the assembly on Friday (Watch the attached video).
