Fashion and fun enthusiasts gathered Thursday evening in to enjoy a splash of fashion, shopping and dinner.
Presented by the Excelsior-Lake Minneotnka Chamber of Commerce, Thursday's “Fash Splash” took over Water Street, with the runway located in front of Dunn Bros.
