ICA Foodshelf has made changes to continue to help those in need.
The ICA Food Shelf has been serving this area for decades and continues to support those in our community during these challenging times.
We can help ICA. The best way to help right now is to donate financially. For every dollar you donate, they are able to purchase up to 10 times the amount of food as an agency as you can as an individual. As ICA prepares to provide more canned food to our neighbors in need, they also anticipate an increased need in services for rent and utilities assistance. Your financial donations are vital. They are preparing to respond to an increase in demand for services. They are also preparing to operate with fewer staff and volunteers. Purchasing bulk food at this time will reduce the number of people needed to sort food from food drives. And the fewer times that food is handled right now, the better for all.
