Kristine Strauman of Wayzata 

July 1, 1946 - Feb. 28, 2013  

Died peacefully of complications related to Primary Progressive Aphasia, a form of dementia.

Survived by husband of 42 years, Roger; children, Ben and Kari; mother, Nida; siblings, Tim (Brenda), Todd, Michael (Jane) Pellizzer, and Jinny (Jim) Armour; many nieces, nephews, and countless lifelong friends.

Preceded in death by father, Matteo.

To know Kris was to love her.  She lived a life full of caring, nurturing, and extreme hospitality whether in Wayzata, Gull Lake, or Maui.

A special thanks to the staff at Sunrise of Minnetonka for all their love and care.

Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
