A benefit concert featuring the Mound Westonka High School Pep Band
will take place on Monday, Oct. 28, at 7:30 p.m. in the Westonka
Performing Arts Center at the high school. Suggested donation is $5,
which will go towards Western Communities Action Network (WeCAN).
The concert will include both old and new pop and rock music hits, as well as pep band favorites.
Christopher Anderson, WeCAN Executive Director, will address the
audience during the performance. MWHS band director Gretchen Chilson
encourages residents to support this event, one of the band’s first
performances of the year.
