Watch: Orono Kid Takes Second at State Yo-Yo Contest

Orono fifth-grader Charlie Kotula won second place in the Minnesota State Yo-Yo Contest last weekend, April 27, at Rosedale Mall.Â
Charlie said he was "kind of nervous" before his performance.
