What Sold for $165,200 in Lakeville-April 28 Report

Homes sales continue to climb in the Twin Cities, with the median sales price up for the 13th consecutive month.

In March, Lakeville had 63 completed home sales, a 16.7 percent increase from the same month in 2012, according to the latest data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
