3 Horses Die In Trailer Crash On I-35E In Twin Cities

The exits in that area to eastbound Interstate 94 and southbound Highway 52 are now closed.

SAINT PAUL, MN — Three horses are dead after a truck hauling a trailer crashed on southbound Interstate 35E near University Avenue in St. Paul. Two horses survived.

The exits to eastbound Interstate 94 and southbound Highway 52 in that area are now closed, authorities said just before 8 a.m. Motorists are asked to find alternate routes.

The driver was not injured in the crash.
