
announced Dec. 13 that its rifle team has advanced to the National Service Championship with its recent 9th overall finish in the U.S. Army JROTC National Air Rifle competition. The cadets competed against more than 200 teams and more than 2,000 individuals hoping to compete at the national competition to be held at Camp Perry, Ohio, in February 2012.
Individually, Tyler Johnson ’13 of Prescott, Wis., finished 19th overall out of more than 2,000 individual competitors.
