“The welcome was great,” said Stan Hamann, the VP and regional director. “It was really fun to have the city of Mendota Heights welcome us, the St Paul Chamber welcome us—and both are clients.”
The firm, based out of Des Moines, IA, acquired three companies in 2008-2009 including T.C. Field & Company of St. Paul.

Hamann said the company wanted to find a new home with a "suburban sensibility" while still staying connected with its customers on the St. Paul-side of the river.
Mendota Heights’ accessibility and proximity to transportation routes was a key factor in the decision, he said.
The company signed a seven-year lease, and expects to grow its workforce from about 65 employees to the space's capacity of about 100, said Hamann.
