District 197 School Board Meets Monday to Discuss Advertising, Interim Superintendent

The West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan School Board has a full agenda for Monday night. A regular board meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Mendota Heights City Hall.

Public comments are welcome from 6-7 p.m.

  • an update on the being formed to research and recommend cost-saving changes in the district
  • approval of a contract that would put in all eight school buildings. The ads, in the form of vinyl locker wraps, would cover 20 percent of the space, according to the contract, and produce $97,200 in revenue.
  • a directive to the finance committee to clearly present the impact to the district if a were to fail in the fall
  • a discussion of the criteria for an interim superintendent once Superintendent officially resigns
