A plant swap, rock opera and help for Haiti all await your family this weekend.

Why Go: VISTA is hosting Haitian classical pianist, Jonathan Cambry, and his fiancée, Karrah O'Daniel (Visitation alumna and soprano) to raise money for relief in Haiti. All proceeds will go to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.

Why Go: The park has new summer rental equipmentstand-up paddleboards. Meet at Schulze Lake Beach to try out the new equipment for your summer fun.

Why Go: This rock opera follows the evolution of Tommy, a traumatized young man that finds solace in pinball, garners fame, and finds comfort in his family.

Price: $15 for adults, $13 for students, seniors, and groups of 8+

Why Go: It's time to thin out the beds, and swap in fresh colors and varieties. Visit the plant swap to pass on your extras and pick up some new additions.

When/Where: 1 p.m., Sunday May 22/ , 2810 70th St E, Inver Grove Heights 

Why Go: Nordic walking incorporates walking poles similiar to ski poles. The technique helps with balance, core strength and takes the pressure off of joints. An instructor will be on-hand to help with technique and guide the group.

Price: $10 members, $15 non-members
