Included on the consent agenda:

Training Officer Roy Kingsley will be recognized for 21 years of service. Kingsley, also the fire marshal of Apple Valley, is retiring from the department. Dale Stein will step up as the probationary training officer.

Included on the regular agenda:

  • Richard Kramer, who represents east St. Paul, Lilydale, Mendota Heights, Sunfish Lake and West St. Paul on the Metropolitan Council, will be introducing himself. Kramer was appointed by Gov. Mark Dayton in March. He owns a printing and manufacturing business on the East Side, according to Kramer's Met Council bio.
  • An update of the city's aircraft noise attenuation ordinance
  • Approval of a new records management system and accompanying technology upgrades for city hall, an expense of $42,483.
  • Adoption of the 2012-2016 street improvement plan
