Mendota Heights City Council Agenda For Jan. 17
New 2012 fees, committee appointments scheduled to be approved.
The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m., Tuesday Jan. 17 at Mendota Heights City Hall.
On the consent agenda, the council will accept a report on the 2011 Par 3 season.
The council is also expected to accept an updated fee schedule for 2012, which includes increases for dog licensing, and a new $75 fee for rental housing licenses.
Results from the Citizen-Assisted Lake Monitoring Program for summer 2010 will be submitted. The quality of Lemay Lake has improved slightly and the quality of Rogers Lake has declined slightly, according to the report.

A staff report recommends acceptance of a bid to replace the roof of the public works building. The bid for $147,173 by Les Jones Roofing, Inc. is lower than the city's estimated costs of $175,000.
Recommendations for two committee apointments and two watershed management organization appointments are expected to be approved.
