Mendota Heights City Council Agenda for Nov. 15

A purchase agreement for the Fischerville building has been canceled by the buyer. Pond quality will also be reviewed.

The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to meet 7 p.m., Nov. 15 at .

The agenda includes:

  • Acceptance of a memorial gift to the city from the family of former mayor
  • Reappointment of David Sloan and Gina Norling to the airport relations committee, Doug Hennes and Mary Magnusson to the planning commission, and Tom Kraus to the parks and recreation commission.
  • Adoption of a plan to update Mendota Heights' five emergency sirens to meet new FCC requirements going into effect in 2013.
  • Acceptance of a notice of termination of a purchase agreement for the Fischerville building on Dodd Road. An interested buyer had been considering developing a restaurant on the site.
  • A presentation on the condition of .
  • A public hearing for proposed road improvements in the Lemay Lake Road neighborhood.
