Mendota Heights Cliff Timm Fishing Derby Postponed

City officials announced Tuesday that they are postponing the Cliff Timm Fishing Derby that was planned for Wednesday, June 21.

MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN — City officials announced Tuesday that they are postponing the Cliff Timm Fishing Derby that was planned for Wednesday, June 21. Officials say the move is due to low registration numbers. Organizers have rescheduled the event for Thursday, July 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Rogers Lake Park.

Let city officials know if you cannot attend the new date of the event, and a refund can be issued.

"Again, we apologize for the postponing of the event, but are hopeful that we can get more participation with pushing the date back," the city said in a statement. "We look forward to seeing everyone at the park in July.
Hope you are all having a great summer!"
