Mendota Heights Company To Buy NE Veterinary Supplies Distributor

MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN— Mendota Heights-based company Patterson Veterinary Supply is going to buy a veterinary supplies distributor in Nebraska, Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.

Patterson Veterinary Supply announced Monday that it had entered an agreement to buy Miller Vet Holdings, the publication reported.

The deal will close in April 2022, the publication reported.

"In addition to strengthening our competitive position in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets, the acquisition is expected to expand our core sales reach and create synergies with our strategic vendors," Patterson Veterinary Supply President George Henriques said.
