Mendota Heights School Remains On DOH's Coronavirus Outbreak List
In order to be removed from the list, the school must go 28 days without a new case.
MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN—A private middle and high school in Mendota Heights is still on Minnesota's list of schools with an outbreak of COVID-19, the Minnesota Department of Health reported Thursday.
St. Thomas Academy reported five or more cases Feb. 25 and must go 28 days without a new case in order to be removed from the list, the department said.
In order to be added to the Minnesota Department of Health's list, a school must report at least five cases of a student or staff member being inside the building while infectious and within the two-week reporting period, the department said.

Six other schools from Dakota County are on the list: Rosemount Middle School, Rosemount Senior High School, Farmington High School, Red Pine Elementary School, Apple Valley Senior High School, and East Lake Elementary School.
The list is updated weekly on Thursdays.
