TWIN CITIES, MN — The last week of January 2020 will be very mild and warm. "No big weather systems will affect the Upper Midwest through late next week," says the National Weather Service.

"Very mild air will continue for the last week of January with temperatures averaging 5 to 15 degrees above normal."
