Mortgage for Former Brown College Site in Mendota Heights to be Auctioned

School has relocated to Mendota Heights Road.

The mortgage note for the former Brown College building in Mendota Heights is ready for auction, according to a report by Finance and Commerce.

The former Brown College building on Northland Drive offers 122,000 square feet of space.

The mortgage note will be auctioned off online.

Mendota Heights Road, and is hosting an new restaurant 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 7.
