'No Signs Of Impairment' In Inver Grove Pedestrian Crash: Police

A crash in Inver Grove Heights injured a woman Saturday night.

INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN — Police are investigating after a car-pedestrian collision in Inver Grove Heights on Saturday night. On Feb. 8 just before 9 p.m., Inver Grove Heights police and fire crews responded to the scene on the 8900 block of Broderick Boulevard.

When officers arrive, they found a 40-year-old woman who had been struck by a car while crossing the road, police said.

She was taken to Regions Hospital. The driver of the car is cooperating with authorities and showed "no signs of impairment," police said.

Inver Grove Heights police and the Minnesota State Patrol are continuing to investigate the collision.
