Saint Thomas Academy Students Win MN Econ Challenge
The team will advance to nationals May 20.

MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN— Four seniors from Saint Thomas Academy recently won the statewide David Ricardo division of the State Economics Challenge, the school said.
The competition is focused on microeconomics, macroeconomics, international economics, current events and economic problem-solving, the school said.
The team will advance to the national semi-finals May 20, and the winning team will win $1,000 and a medal for each member and their coach, the school said.

The members of the team are Thomas Moser, John Grismer, Garrison Solliday and Chip Knapp, who were all members of the school's Econ Team, the school said.
