These Minnesota Schools Have Had Recent Coronavirus Outbreaks
The Minnesota Department of Health is now publishing information related to coronavirus outbreaks in schools.

MINNESOTA — Beginning in October, the Minnesota Department of Health is publishing the K-12 schools that are experiencing coronavirus outbreaks.
The below schools reported five or more confirmed cases of the coronavirus in students or staff who were in the building while infectious during the most recent two-week reporting period:
- Crow Wing County — Brainerd Senior High School
- Freeborn County — Albert Lea Senior High School
- Isanti County — Isanti Middle School
- Martin County — Fairmont Jr./Sr. High School
- Martin County — Martin Luther High School
- Martin County — St. Paul Lutheran School
- Pine County — Hinckley Elementary
"School buildings listed may not have ongoing transmission," MDH noted. "School buildings that have not reported a new case for 28 days will be removed. If five or more cases are reported in a school building in a subsequent 2-week period, they will once again be listed."

On Monday, there were 982 new reported cases of COVID-19, and three deaths.
Total deaths since March: 2,083
- Deaths among cases that resided in long-term care or assisted living facilities: 1,487
Confirmed cases since March: 104,799
- Patients no longer needing isolation: 94,416
